When this petition was called out for final hearing yesterday, neither the petitioner was present nor advocate for the petitioner appeared. The Court had passed the following order : "None appears for petitioner. Mrs.Baxi appears for respondents. Let the matter retain its position and be called out tomorrow i.e. 21st March 2017. If the petitioner chooses not to appear on the adjourned date of hearing, the Court shall proceed to pass appropriate orders."

Today, again when the petition is called out none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this petition.
