The learned APP Mr.Yadav state that on 7/3/2022, a charge-sheet has been filed in the subject C.R and allotted a number as 528/PW/2022. He has instructions to make a statement that in the wake of the material of investigation compiled in the charge-sheet, and since the investigation was carried out without arresting the applicant, after filing of the charge-sheet, his custody is no longer required. A letter to that effect addressed to the learned APP is placed on record and it is marked as 'X' for identification.
