The present Appeal has arisen out of the rejection of an Application for anticipatory bail. According to the earlier orders of the bail the interim protection was granted to the Appellants. 2.

However, during the pendency of the Appeal, the coordinate Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No.1095/18 vide order dated 15/06/2018 has quashed and set aside the FIR.
