This is an application for pre-arrest bail in CR No.6/2014 dated 8.1.2014 registered with Sadar Daltonganj Police Station, Palamao, State of Jharkhand. This Court has no territorial jurisdiction to grant pre-arrest bail for an offence registered at Jharkhand by exercising concurrent jurisdiction of High Court of Jharkhand. In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Augustine Fransis Pinto and anr. vs. State of Maharashtra in ABA No.1599/2017 dated 14.9.2017, the present application is not maintainable.
