The Recovery Officer Shri Gaurav Dogra, APFC, Pune has filed an Affidavit dated 18.10.2018. Paragraph 1 of the said Affidavit reads as under :
"1.
I say that I have withdrawn the prohibitory order under section 8F eing MH/19559/PF/PN/Recovery/35 dated 03.02.2014 passed under the Employees Provident Fund and Misc Provisions Act, 1952 as deemed defaulter in respect of M/s Systech Ltd pursuant to the oral suggestion made by the Hon'ble Court in view of the DRAT's order dated 08.12.2017 in Appeal No. 18 of 2010." 2.
In view of the aforesaid statement in Affidavit, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a statement to that effect. The said 1/2

Liberty to withdraw the Petition is granted.
