By this civil application, the applicant seeks to amend the petition and to bring the additional facts, grounds and prayers in the writ petition. The writ petition is not admitted so far. The applicant has made out a case for grant of amendment as prayed in the civil applicant.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of paragraph 5(i) of the civil application. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the 1/2
28-caw722-18 learned A.G.P. within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 5th June, 2018. Affidavit in reply shall be filed within two weeks from the date of service of the amended copy of the writ petition a copy thereof shall be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week from the date of service of the affidavit in reply and a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.
