1] This is an application seeking protection under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code for temporary period to enable the Applicants to approach the concerned Court for seeking appropriate relief.

2] It is submitted that, the Applicants are residents of Mumbai. The FIR has been registered against the Applicants at Jalupura Police Station, Jaipur City, Jaipur (North), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The complaint is lodged at the instance of Dena Bank. It is, therefore, prayed that for a temporary period protection be granted to the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court. 1/2

osk 916-aba-429-2019.odt 3] Considering the submissions, the protection can be granted to the Applicant for the period of four weeks to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court. 4] Hence, I pass following order:

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicants in connection with C.R. No. 135 of 2018 registered with Jalupura Police Station, Jaipur City, Jaipur (North), the Applicants be released on bail on their furnishing the P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) This protection is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief. (iii) The Application stands disposed of.
