The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He submits that so far as the objection raised by the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 7, in regard to the petitioners' contention that the petitioners have complied with the impugned order and paid the unearned income, the same may be kept open.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that the withdrawal of the petition will not affect the rights and contentions as may be available to the respondents.
