This is an application for fixing the appeal for hearing. The applicant has been acquitted by Trial Court vide judgment and order dated 24th December 2010. It is submitted that since the appeal against acquittal has been admitted by this Court, the applicant has been deprived of certain benefits qua gratuity and pension. 2.

The appeal be listed on final hearing board after a period of about six months. Interim Application is disposed of. Copy of paper book be provided to advocate for respondent no.2 as per rules and on payment of requisite charges.
