Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the District Judge and & Addl. Sessions Judge, Sangli in Special Case (Atrocity) No.4 of 2012 vide judgment and order dated 29.9.2015. The delay is of 38 days.

For the reasons assigned in paras 2 and 3 of the application delay of 38 days deserves to be condioned in the interest of justice. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
