The learned AGP has placed on record the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai on 3rd March 2016, the Joint Commissioner of Police, Thane City and the Thane Rural Police. The permissions have been denied to the petitioner. Copies of the communications have been provided to the Advocate for the petitioner in the Court. Therefore, the relief as prayed for in this petition cannot be granted.

We dispose of this petition by
