The only grievance of the petitioner is that the revision petition filed on 23.3.2016 challenging the order dated 5.8.2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune in Application No.PGM/Misc.ApplI/SR 115/2011 is pending since 22.3.2016 and there is no progress as yet for disposing of the said revision.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned

503-wp-5473.2017.sxw counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Revisional Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the said revision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
