By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 01.09.2016 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai in S.C. Suit No. 6188 of 2004.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:
