On 29th August 2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon order dated 6th March 2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.4560 of 2016 (Smt.Namubai Bhima Chavan Vs. State of Maharashtra).

He submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

We had accordingly granted time to the petitioner to deposit the requisite amount in terms of the order dated 6th March 2017. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record

wp13965.doc a photo copy of the letter dated 31st August 2018 addressed by him to the petitioner along with print out of tracking details of the Consignment Number EM195431862IN. He states that the petitioner has not responded. In view of this statement, Writ Petition is disposed of for want of prosecution.
