P.C. :- 1] This is the civil application for stay upon the execution of the impugned award. The appeal is already admitted. The ad-interim relief was granted subject to deposit of the decreetal amount. In case, the decreetal amount is already deposited, there shall be a stay on execution of the impugned award. However, if the decreetal amount is not deposited within the time prescribed in the order dated 10 June 2016, then this application shall be deemed to have been dismissed.

2] Further, the respondents shall be at liberty to make application for withdrawal of compensation amount before this court. Such application will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. Accordingly, this civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
