Mr. Vyas states that his attempt to take instructions from appellant has failed. Mr. Vyas states that even the letter addressed by him to appellant has come back undelivered with the endorsement no such person exists at the address. That address Mr. Vyas states is the address shown in the cause title. On 26th February, 2022 Mr. Vyas had informed the court that he has not been receiving instructions and the court directed the office to intimate the next date of hearing to appellant at the address shown in the cause title. The matter was stood over to 11th April, 2022. The office remark indicate that the letter has been despatched to appellant informing the next date. But subsequently the office has not made any remark on the status of the letter despatched. At the same time, we find in the records that Purti Parab
2/2 19-FCA-69-2018 @ CAM-306-2018.doc communication addressed to appellant on 2nd March, 2021 to the same address which is there in the cause title by Speed Post has come back with endorsement "Left". In the circumstances, in our view no purpose will be served to wait for the status of the communication despatched post order dated 26th February, 2022.

Therefore, Appeal dismissed. Consequently, all Interim Applications also stands dismissed.
