"The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, the fine/penalty which has been imposed by the Collector by an impugned order, will be deposited in this Court within 4 weeks.

After that order, it was reported that no amount is deposited in this Court. Petitioners and their Advocate appear to be totally disinterested in seeking any relief. Petition is pending in this Court for more than two years. Hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
