The petitioner has a grievance concerning excavation of soil from lands comprised in Survey Nos. 92 Hissa No.8, 102 Hissa No.2, 118 Hissa No.1, 117 Hissa Nos.23 & 27 of village Salgaon, Taluka Kudal.

Exhibit "D" would show that the Tahsildar has informed the Petitioner that Respondent No.5 has the necessary permissions to extract the soil and has paid royalty. Petitioner has been informed that if he needs the relevant documents he can apply under the Right to Information Act and pay the necessary fee.

The averments in the Writ Petition show that the Petitioner is attempting to espouse a public cause and thus has to file a Public Interest Litigation after making proper research and obtaining the necessary documents.
