By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is a flat purchaser in the building seeks directions against the respondent nos.1 to 3 to secure that the height of Podium Car Parking be restored according to the sanctioned plan and for other reliefs including the relief against the respondent no.4, a private respondent.

The petitioner had admittedly purchased the flat in the year 2010 and has been put in possession in the year 2013. The petitioner has filed a complaint in the month of March, 2020 alleging 1/2

No case is made out for granting any reliefs in the writ petition. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
