Applicant has filed praecipe dated 15.01.2019 for fixing early date of hearing. On his request, Civil Application is taken on board for urgent orders.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by this Civil Application they are seeking early hearing of Writ Petition No.6038 of 2006. He submits that earlier this court passed order on 11.09.2009 in Civil Application No.2091 of 2009 and expedited hearing of Writ Petition in the category of Senior Citizen.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel Mohite 1/2

pr26 caw1128-18.doc for the Applicant and earlier order dated 11.9.2009 in Civil Application No.2091 of 2009, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Hearing of Writ Petition No.6039 of 2006 is expedited in the category of Senior Citizen.

b) Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No.6039 of 2006 in weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in the category of Senior Citizen.
