Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has repeatedly communicated with the petitioner on telephone and has also issued the communication dated 11.07.2017 informing the petitioner that he would not appear for the petitioner if the petitioner is not ready to deposit the amount, as is sought to be deposited, by the prayer made in the writ petition and that the petitioner may engage another counsel, the petitioner has not responded positively. It is stated that the petitioner has informed him telephonically that due to his weak financial condition he would not be in a position to pay the amount.
