By the order dated 18th June 2015 it appears that this petition has already been disposed of. Accordingly, it is clarified that this petition stands disposed of. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however points out that although this Court has directed to the Deputy Charity Commissioner to complete the suo moto inquiry expeditiously, no steps have been taken for such expeditious conclusion. Accordingly, such direction is once again reiterated. The Deputy Charity Commissioner is directed to conclude the suo moto inquiry as expeditiously as possible and N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
