The grievance in this petition is as regards non compliance with the directions issued by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to the Tahsildar under order dated 28th July 2014.

Instead of approaching writ Court by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners ought to have invited the attention of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to the alleged breach committed by the Tahsildar by filing an appropriate proceedings.

Hence, we decline to entertain this petition. Subject to what is observed above, writ petition is disposed of.
