Pursuant to earlier order dated 20th December 2023, today when the matter is called out, both the learned Counsel tender across the bar Consent Terms dated 13th December 2023 duly signed by the Applicant as well as the Respondent before the learned Mediator as well as by the Advocate for the Applicant and the Advocate for the Respondent, submitting that as indicated by the learned Mediator, the Mediation was successful and the parties have settled their dispute in terms of the Consent Terms.

The Applicant, as permitted vide order dated 20th December 2023, is present through video call made through her Advocate, who is present in the Court and is identified by the learned Advocate. The Respondent is also present in the Court and is identified by his Advocate.

Both the Applicant and the Respondent also submit that they have resolved their dispute as per the Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for the purposes of identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Application, accordingly, stands disposed in terms of the Consent Terms.
