1] By the present Application, the Applicant seek release on bail on the ground of his wife's illness.

2] The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has invited my attention to the order dated 03.09.2022, whereby, the Application seeking suspension of sentence and release on bail, came to be rejected by specifically observing that the offence is serious and sentence imposed is 20 years. However, on that day, this court directed expeditious hearing of the Appeal, considering the age of the Appellant as well as the fact that the wife of the Appellant is suffering from Cancer.

(17)IA-701-2023.doc 3] Since the Record and Proceedings with Paperbook is received, the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Sate are at consensus that the Appeal can be heard finally. Copy of the record and proceedings with paper book shall be handed over to the learned counsel for the Applicant, the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 as well as to the learned APP. Since no ground is made out, Interim Application stand dismissed.
