The learned APP states that in respect of the complaint made by the Petitioner dated 25th January, 2018 an N.C has been registered by the Andheri Police Station, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not satisfied by the said action taken by the police. If that be so, it is open for the Petitioner either to approach the higher police authorities under
2/2 26-wp.896.2018.doc Section 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure or file an application by invoking Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the concerned Court.

If any such complaint/application is filed by the Petitioner as above, needless to state that the concerned Officer i.e. the Deputy Commissioner of Police or the concerned Court would deal with the same in accordance with law.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
