cp-640-643-645-14 Learned AGP has placed on record orders dated 8th/9/10th September, 2014, passed by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Pune. The copies thereof have been supplied to the counsel for the petitioners. Though belatedly, the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court of which breach was alleged. The submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is that what is recorded in the orders may not be factually correct. If that be so, the remedy of the petitioners is to challenge the said orders.

Subject to what is observed above, the Contempt Petitions are disposed of.

The learned AGP states that if fresh applications are made by the petitioners enclosing therewith all necessary documents, the cases of the petitioners shall be considered afresh provided from applications are made within three months from today.
