Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Applicant has undergone sentence for about five years. On the final hearing board of this Bench, there are large number of appeals where the accused have undergone sentence for more than seven years. Therefore, as of today, no priority can be granted to this appeal. Application is accordingly rejected. However, the appeal shall be added to the appropriate weekly board as per its turn.
