Heard. For the reasons recorded separately Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b' and same stands disposed of.

The trial Court is directed to proceed further with the pending C.C No. 2694/PW/2015 before the Metropolitian Magistrate, 26th Court, Borivali, Mumbai and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible however within four months from today and send the report of implementation of the said direction to the Registry on conclusion of Trial.
