Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that initially Criminal Appeal No. 611 of 2018 was filed by all the three accused, challenging the judgment and order passed by the Sessions Court in Sessions Case No. 603 of 2015 vide judgment and order dated 4.5.2018. The original accused No.1 i.e. Mohd. Munna Mushtaq Shaikh now chooses to plead his case by engaging another advocate i.e. Advocate Ms. Mauzma Ansari.

In view of this, she seeks time to file a separate appeal. In view of the Practice Note No. 53, the application deserves to be allowed.
