Mr. Sugandh Deshmukh, learned counsel states that he has

Perused the orders passed by this Court on 2 January 2024 and 31 January 2024.

The learned counsel for the respondents informs the Court that the sole appellant has expired on 25 October 2020. He submits that since then no steps have been taken. This appeal is pending since the year 2005.

In view of this, the second appeal stands dismissed as abated.
