1) By a reasoned order dated 3.4.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief. The period to deposit the said amount was subsequently extended by an order dated 18.4.2017. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants have deposited the entire amount of Rs.13.70 lacs in the registry of this Court within the extended stipulated period. 2) In view thereof and in view of this Court the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the crime is not necessary. The interim relief granted by an order dated 3.4.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigation Officer and and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the submission of the final report/charge sheet.

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicants to the police station the Investigation Officer shall

2 /2ABA-353-17-11 issue a notice u/s.160 of the Cr.P.C. thereby specifying the date and afore stated time.
