Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled out of Court. They tendered consent terms. Both the learned counsel submits that the Appellant as well as the Respondent are present in the Court.

Both the Family Court Appeals as well as the Criminal Revision Application No.123 of 2017 stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms to be treated as part and parcel of the decree. There shall be no order as to costs.
