It has been brought to my notice that there is typographical error in paragraph nos.16 and 17 of the Order dated 11.9.2019. 2.

It is seen that in paragraph No. 16 of the judgment, para 61 from the judgment of Apex Court in National Insurance Company vs. Pranay Sethi has remained to be incorporated, and in paragraph no. 17 the words " In Arun Kumar Agrawal v.
