Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The wife of the applicant no.1-Priya Prashant Narkar had filed Bail Application No.3082 of 2022 in this Court. She has been released on bail by order dated 6th February 2023. She has filed an undertaking offering security. The allegations are mainly against Priya Prashant Narkar.

Considering that Priya Prashant Narkar has offered adequate security, her Afodavit cum undertaking will bind present applicants also. Learned counsel for the applicants reiterates on instructions that the Afodavit cum undertaking will bind the present applicants as well. The applicant nos.2 and 3 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the applicant no.1. The custodial interrogation of applicants is not required. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
(a) The application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with C.R. No.213 of 2021 dated 13th April 2021, registered with Borivali Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(c) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofocer and should not tamper with evidence;
(d) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 27/02/2023 and 28/02/2023 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.
