The breach alleged is of order dated 28 th February, 2013 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. The learned AGP has placed on record the order dated 10 th September, 2014 passed by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Pune. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time.

The copy of the order dated 10 th September, 2014 shows that though belatedly, compliance has been made of the order dated th February, 2013. Therefore, this is not a case where action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 can be initiated against the

cp-81.15 Respondents. We, accordingly, dispose of the Petition. However, remedy of the Petitioner of challenging the order dated 10 th September, 2014 is kept open.
