The petitioners are having substantive alternate remedy by way of revision before the Sessions Court, to challenge the impugned order. In view of the parameters and guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Shalini S. Shetty vs. Rajendra S. Patil reported in (2010) 8 SCC 329, the present petition is not maintainable. In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to adopt the appropriate remedy. Leave and liberty granted. Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn.
