P.C.:- The Petitioner, Original Complainant has prayed for expeditious hearing of his Complaint pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate 43rd Court, Borivali, Mumbai bearing CC No.5699/SS/2018 and the interim Application filed by him under Section143-A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, (for short, "NI Act").

It is submitted that, the Complainant is a Senior Citizen aged about 76 years. That, the Complaint is pending for final adjudication since December, 2018.

In view thereof, learned Metropolitan Magistrate 43rd Court, Borivali, Mumbai seized of CC No.5699/SS/2018 is requested to expedite hearing of the said Complaint and to make an endeavour to dispose it off, within a period of one year from the date of passing of the present Order. 1/2

ssm 2 34-wp1152.21.doc In the interregnum, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is also requested to expeditiously decide Application preferred by the Petitioner under Section143-A of the NI Act.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
