The said Civil Application has been filed on behalf of the Union of India. The Learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner Mr. Salunkhe has no objection to delete the Respondent No.1 from the array of the Respondents. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
