Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The breach alleged is of order dated 20th February, 2013 in Writ Petition No.10036 of 2012. The learned AGP has produced for perusal of the Court the relevant file which shows that on 9th September, 2014, the Deputy Collector (Resettlement) Pune has passed an order holding that the petitioner is not eligible for allotment of a land. Postal acknowledgement bearing the thumb impression of one Sakhubai Mahipati Mendhare is also available on the file. The learned AGP states that a copy of the said order shall be provided to the advocate for the petitioner during the course of the day. 1/2
cp-574-14 Thus, it appears that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971. The petition is disposed of. However, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 9th September, 2014 in accordance with law.
