Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Application is preferred by wife for direction against the Respondent to hand over original documents for obtaining caste certificate for child.

After hearing both the sides, advocate for the Respondent submits that the Respondent has no objection to hand over the original by Trusha Tushar Mohite Date:

The learned counsel for the Applicant wife submits that today only she received following documents from the Respondent: a) Original Caste Certificate of the Respondent (true copy) b) Original College Leaving Certificate issued by Dr.Ambedkar college, Wadala.

c) Original birth certificate of the Respondent issued by Bombay Municipal Corporation.

d) Original Aadhar Card.

e) Original Election Card.

Advocate for the Applicant filed undertaking dated 31.07.2018 stating that she will return all these documents to the Respondent as soon as her work is over. Said undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Same is accepted.
