Learned counsel Shri Bhadbhade waives service for respondent No.2 and seeks time to file a short affidavit. 2.

Learned counsel Shri Bhadbhade has raised a preliminary issue that the present Writ Petition No.825 of 2016 is not maintainable on the ground that on the same grounds, the petitioners had filed Writ Petition No.822 to 824 of 2016, the said Petitions were withdrawn before this Hon'ble Court seeking liberty to approach the appropriate

It is pertinent to note that the Revisions were not filed and on the same set of circumstances and same grounds, the present Petition has been filed. It is in these circumstances that the learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.825 of 2016, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say that at this stage, the plea has been recorded.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the revisional Court. The petitioners may take appropriate steps in accordance with law. At the stage of deciding the revision application, the Revisional Court shall not be oblivious of the fact of the proceedings after recording of the plea.
