None appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called out on 13th September 2021 and even today.

Mr. Killedar learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 and 4 states that he tried to contact the learned advocate for the petitioner on record for informing the date of this matter today, but could not contact. He invited our attention to the order dated 1st April 2021 passed by this Court and also prayer clause B of the writ petition. He tenders copy of the letter dated 13th September 2021 issued by his client to the learned counsel informing him that the proposal submitted by the management board would be considered within eight weeks from today. Respondents no. 3 and 4 are accordingly directed to consider the proposal submitted by the management in respect of the petitioner within eight weeks from today. The order that would be passed shall be conveyed to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order. If the order is adverse against the petitioner, petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.
