Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has tendered across the bar a letter dated 19th September, 2008 addressed to the Advocate on record for the Petitioners by the 1st Petitioner. In the letter, the Advocate for the Petitioners has been instructed not to appear for the Petitioners. The letter is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. From 2008 till today, the Petitioners have not taken steps to engage any other Advocate. Hence, we dismiss the petition for nonprosecution. Rule is discharge with no order as to costs. (SMT.
