Mr. Bagkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner-Applicant, submits that, this Writ Petition was preferred against the interim order dated 30th December 2015, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangli, below the application at "Exhibit-215/A" filed in Regular Civil Suit No.568 of 2000. He further submits that, now the said Suit itself has been decreed on 8th February 2018 and, therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. 3.

In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application No.700 of 2018 pending therein does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
