By this Civil Application applicant original claimant is seeking condonation of 29 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 21.08.2015 passed by MACT in Claim Application No.1999 of Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

A.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 21st August, 2015 passed by Member, MACT, Mumbai in application No.1999 of 2008 be kindly condoned."

B.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

C.

No order as to costs.
