Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Considering the grievances made in the Petition, interest of justice would be met if the following order is passed:

(a) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the District Collector, Sangli on 7th December 2015 at 11.00 a.m. The Petitioner shall produce a photocopy of representation (Exhibit "F" to the Petition) before the

(b) The Collector shall make an endeavour to decide the application/representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date fixed for appearance;

(c) In the event, relief is denied to the Petitioner, remedies of the Petitioner are expressly kept open;

(d) The Petition is disposed of on above terms.

(e) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
