This is an Application by Original Claimants (Respondents in First Appeal) for condonation of delay of about 1 year and 6 months caused in filing their Cross Objections. The matter is arising out of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984. 3.

The Appeal by the State is already admitted. The Shubham Talle

32-IA-7950-2023.doc Application is filed sometime in February-2021, however, till today no reply is filed by the State, opposing delay condonation. 4.

In that view of the matter, considering the averments in the application, the extent of delay and the fact that the dispute is arising out of compensation payable for compulsory acquisition, sufficient cause is made out.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay is condoned. Cross Objections be numbered. The Interim Application is disposed of.
