This is an application filed by original Appellant for deleting the name of Respondent No.1 Smt. Prabhavati Patil, who has died on 21.04.2015 at Mumbai. It is submitted that Respondent Nos. 2 to 6, who are already on record in their personal capacity, are legal heirs of Respondent No.1.

In that view of the matter, present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicants are permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.1.
