After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned Order dated 15th February 2021 passed below Exh.64 in NDPS Special Case No.235 of 2015, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court at the time of trial.

Leave and liberty granted.

Mr.Lalla, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners are behind bars since about 6 years. 1/2

Mr.Patil, learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, as of today, the prosecution has examined two witnesses and they intend to examine approximately 20 more witnesses in support of its case. 5.

As the applicants are behind bars since about 6 years, the learned Special Judge seized of NDPS Special Case No.235 of 2015 is directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the present Order.

All the concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of the present Order.
